ThinKiosk slow boot fix registry fix

Last published at: June 6th, 2024When upgrading from an older version of TK, sometimes clients experience extreme slowness when launching TK.
Registry Key must be added to the Local Registry before TK boots (not additional registry values within TK profile). Will fix slowness issues when TK takes 4-5 minutes to load.

the value disables the online certificate revocation checking at start-up, the check is done using locally cached os data
WARNING
Do not use this solution as a standard, mainstream solution for slow booting, yet a last resort.

The local machine registry under the TK path above gets a DWORD with the name "SkipFDCRC" and a value of 1.
