Citrix Pass through authentication not working
Citrix Pass through authentication not working.#TK-CI8
Symptom:
SSO authentication is not working inside a ThinKsiok session when launching a Citrix Session.
Resolution:
There are different reasons why SSO could not be working within ThinKiosk and Citrix. See below for details :
1- The Citrix receiver was not installed using the SSO module
2- The options in the profile editor are not enabled
3- Domain pass-through is not enabled in your storefront
