Symptom:

There is a limitation in the new 7.0.x Server and Console when using a Local DB the Reporting Tab shows an exception.

Resolution:

Unfortunately, at the time of this article, the only fix for it is to use an SQL Express deployment. Once the new DB has been created the Management Server Configuration will help you move from a Local DB to an SQL Express setup
